The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) Governing Board Vice Chairperson, Nana Mudenda has officially opened the Nakonde One-ZRA-Approach office to enhance access to domestic tax services.
The initiative aims at actualizing the people- centric strategy in public service delivery.
Speaking at the official opening this morning, Ms. Mudenda said the new office in Nakonde is a testament to ZRA’s dedication to improving public services and promoting transparency.
She highlighted the need for policy oversight and alignment with national development priorities, emphasising that “the One-ZRA policy signals ZRA’s commitment to operational efficiency and taxpayer satisfaction.”
And after accessing services at the new office, Nakonde resident Silven Chisanga, commended ZRA for the initiative, adding that the people of Nakonde had long been eager for such services on their doorstep.
He said the development eliminates the need to travel to Chinsali to access all ZRA services.
