ZiCA POST-BUDGET ANALYSIS

Following his presentation of the 2026 National Budget last Friday, Finance and National Planning Minister Dr. Situmbeko Musokotwane took time to receive budget reactions from key stakeholders including economists, tax experts and development activists.

This was at the ZiCA-organised Post Budget Analysis Dinner at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre.

During the event, Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) Commissioner General, Dingani Banda, noted that the tax Authority is determined to ensure that the Smart Invoice system enhances efficiency in the country’s tax administration.
