The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) will participate in this year’s Agricultural and Commercial show in Lusaka.
The Show offers ZRA an opportunity to provide taxpayer services and education to stakeholders.
The platform also allows ZRA to engage and strengthen relationships with with taxpayers.
And ZRA has partnered with the Agricultural Commercial Society of Zambia (ACSZ) to support the successful hosting of the 97th edition of the event.
ZRA Senior Corporate Affairs Officer, Robert Zawe says the Authority is happy to partner with the Show Society on a platform that brings businesses and regulators together.
He was speaking this morning during a stakeholder briefing by ACSZ.
The theme for this year’s show, “Adapting to Climate Change” underlines ZRA’s desire for businesses to thrive despite the effects of climate change.
“There are climate change responsive tax policies that exist for taxpayers to take advantage of in order to adapt”, said Mr. Zawe.
Meanwhile, Agricultural, Commercial Show Society of Zambia president Benard Moonga expressed gratitude for ZRA’s continued support towards the event.
