The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) rolled out an upgraded TaxOnline system on the 5th of January 2020.
The upgraded TaxOnline system introduced several enhanced features on all notices, acknowledgements and certificates generated by the system. Therefore, it is no longer a requirement for all the documents issued by TaxOnline to be stamped by Zambia Revenue Authority.
The security features introduced are QR Code, Watermark, and acknowledgment numbers. Taxpayers can verify the authenticity of the documents by downloading a QR scanner app to scan the QR code.
All TPIN Registrations are now auto approved. However, Taxpayers are reminded to upload the correct documents in support of their TPIN applications.
All acknowledgements, notices and certificates are sent to your email and all notifications to your mobile phone.
