The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) is participating in the first ever Zambia Call Centre Week running from the 13th to 17th of June 2022.
The Call Centre week started with the In-house Call Centre Exchange programme among several organisations with ZRA hosting other participating institutions today. The organisations hosted include Airtel, ZESCO, Zanaco, NAPSA, Multichoice- Zambia Ltd, NATSAVE, Investrust and Prudential Insurance.
During the tour to other call centres, the agents have a chance to learn practically how others are doing it, appreciate new systems to manage calls, benchmark with others in call centre metrics, learn new ways of doing things to avoid pitfalls that others have gone through in a bid to increase your service levels through evaluating what others are doing.
The week ends with a Call Centre Symposium in Lusaka.
